2 rounds: 10 squats, 8 push-up variations, 10 bridges, 20-second plank. Rest as needed.
20 MINBetween-Rounds Circuit
3 rounds: 10 split squats/side, 8–12 push-ups, 12 hinges, 10 reverse snow angels, 30-second carry or plank.
30 MINThe Shelf Exam Is Over
5-minute warmup, 4 rounds of your current bodyweight level, then 5 minutes of easy walking and breathing.
